Sheet Pan Lemon Garlic Shrimp with Roasted Asparagus and Baby Potatoes.

Lemon Garlic Shrimp
Shrimp 1 cup
Avocado Oil 1 tbsp
Lemon (Sliced) 3 slices
Garlic Cloves (Crushed and Minced) 4 cloves
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Roasted Asparagus and Baby Potatoes
Asparagus 10 spears
Baby Potatoes (Nibbles from Publix) 15 each
Avocado Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 2 tsp
Pepper 2 tsp
Granulated Garlic 1 tbsp
Garnish
Chopped Parsley 1 tbsp
Pre-heat Oven to 350 degrees.
Toss shrimp in a bowl with avocado oil, lemons, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Spread on a sheet pan.
Toss asparagus and baby potatoes in separate bowls with avocado oil and seasonings, spread on a sheet pan.
Bake shrimp for 15 minutes, asparagus for 20 minutes, and potatoes for 35 minutes.
