Chicken Sausage over Creamy Beans and Asparagus.

Chicken Sausage

  • Apple Chicken Sausage                             2 each

  • Avocado Oil                                                 Dash

    Creamy Beans and Asparagus

  • Avocado Oil                                                  Dash

  • Garlic Cloves (Sliced)                                  4 each

  • Onions (Small Diced)                                  ¼ each

  • Red Pepper Flakes                                      1 tsp

  • Cannellini Beans                                          1 cup

  • Asparagus                                                     ½ cup

  • Chicken Stock                                              ½ cup

  • Heavy Cream                                                1 cup

  • Peas                                                               ½ cup

  • Salt                                                                 1 tsp

  • Pepper                                                           1 tsp

  • Granulated Garlic                                        1 tbsp

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Preheat a sauté pan on medium to high heat. 

  3. Once pan is hot, add the avocado oil and chicken sausage to the pan searing on all sides.

  4. When the sausage is seared, put them on a sheet pan to bake for 10 minutes.

  5. In that same sauté pan on low to medium heat, sauté garlic, onions, and red pepper flakes.

  6. Cook till translucent, then add the beans and asparagus. Cook for 5 minutes and stir often.

  7. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer, then reduce until it thickens.

  8. Plate and Enjoy!
