
Chicken Sausage over Creamy Beans and Asparagus.

Chicken Sausage
Apple Chicken Sausage 2 each

Creamy Beans and Asparagus
Avocado Oil Dash
Garlic Cloves (Sliced) 4 each
Onions (Small Diced) ¼ each
Red Pepper Flakes 1 tsp
Cannellini Beans 1 cup
Asparagus ½ cup
Chicken Stock ½ cup
Heavy Cream 1 cup
Peas ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Granulated Garlic 1 tbsp
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Preheat a sauté pan on medium to high heat.
Once pan is hot, add the avocado oil and chicken sausage to the pan searing on all sides.
When the sausage is seared, put them on a sheet pan to bake for 10 minutes.
In that same sauté pan on low to medium heat, sauté garlic, onions, and red pepper flakes.
Cook till translucent, then add the beans and asparagus. Cook for 5 minutes and stir often.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer, then reduce until it thickens.
Plate and Enjoy!
